For more than 20 years, I’ve been working with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges. Specializing in women’s mental health across all stages of life, I work with women and couples as they strive to create a family. I also facilitate support groups for couples who have experienced pregnancy loss. Using a holistic orientation, I guide my clients through the depths of loss and grief to healing.
The "fit" between a client and a therapist is all important: I believe that much of the healing takes place through the relationship we develop. Using an eclectic orientation, I pay close attention to you as a whole person – your emotional, physical and spiritual needs and concerns. I firmly believe that challenges can present one with a unique opportunity to really look at oneself and grow. I provide a safe space for you to explore and build coping skills and hold the belief that you can reach your full potential.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the states of Massachusetts and California. I’m a member of NASW, NAPSW (National Association of Perinatal Social Workers), and am on the Board of the National Perinatal Association.
